“Experience” refers to the ODEON Screenings for Mastercard Cardholders – Paddington in Peru taking place on the following dates / times / locations:

London, ODEON Tottenham Court Road at 18:30 GMT on Tuesday 12 November 2024 
Birmingham, ODEON Broadway Plaza at 18:30 GMT on Wednesday 13 November 2024
Manchester, ODEON Great Northern at 18:30 GMT on Thursday 14 November 2024

  1. Available globally purchasing Mastercard cardholders aged 18+ only.
  2. To book this experience you must either: (a) book via priceless.com; or (b) access this experience by logging into the app of your participating bank, if the experience has been made available to you in this way and pay using your Mastercard card.
  3. This Experience is fulfilled by SPARK Marketing Services Ltd, The Old Sawmills, Filleigh, Barnstaple, EX32 0RN (“Event Organiser”) 
  4. The Experience is available to book until the earlier of: a) 23:59 GMT on Friday 1 November 2024 or; b) until all tickets are sold (the “Promotional Period”).
  5. The Experience consists of the following for each ticket: 
    • A seat for the screening, a medium sized popcorn and a medium sized soft drink.
  6. There are 100 Tickets for each event and up to 8 tickets can be purchased per transaction. Tickets are provided, on a first come, first served basis.
  7. To book the Experience, cardholders should purchase a ticket using their Mastercard card at £3 by visiting the offer page on the United Kingdom section of the priceless.com website during the Promotional Period and clicking “Book here”. 
  8. Experience is for personal use only, is non-transferable, and may not be resold, restreamed, republished or used by you for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any resale or attempt to resell, restream or republish  the experience by you is strictly prohibited and will be a breach of these terms and, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us, may result in your experience and/or your Priceless account registration being cancelled without prior notice or liability to you. 
  9. All Experiences are non-refundable (unless an Event is cancelled or postponed). There is no cash or other alternative for the Experience in whole or in part. If any elements of the Experience are cancelled for reasons outside of the Mastercard’s control or for reasons of health and safety, none of the Experience elements will be redeemable.
  10. Upon booking, cardholders will receive email communications from the Event Organiser (as The Cinema Society) with details of their Experience and their e-tickets.
  11. To book this Experience, you will be redirected to the Event Organiser’s site to enter your booking details. Please see the Event Organiser’s Privacy Notice for information about how they process your personal information.   12. Experience Specific Terms:
    • The experience can be purchased for participants below 18 years of age. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Paddington in Peru is PG rated and some scenes may be unsuitable for young children.
    • Seat numbers cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed. 
    •  The Offer Administrator will remit the full amount (3 GBP) of each contribution to Conservation International Foundation for Priceless Planet Coalition.  Contributions will go towards the restoration of trees.     
    • The price excludes any travel to or from the event.
    • The Priceless Planet Coalition was launched by Mastercard to unite companies, communities and consumers in climate action with a goal of restoring 100M trees through a global portfolio of forest restoration investments across 6 continents, using best available science to restore forests in the places that will have the greatest positive impact on the climate, for communities and for nature (the “Program Goal”). 
    • Conservation International Foundation is an environmental non-profit corporation and public charity based in the United States. Conservation International Foundation serves as fiscal sponsor of the Priceless Planet Coalition and performs certain charitable and related support services and activities for the benefit of the Priceless Planet Coalition including without limitation accepting funding contributions and executing specific projects under the Program to meet the Program Goal.   13. You specifically acknowledge that certain communicable diseases are extremely contagious, and that there is an inherent risk of exposure in any place where people are or have been present, including the Experience, and agree that your release of liability of Mastercard set forth herein extends to any liability of Mastercard for any injury or other consequences that may arise out of exposure to communicable diseases including, but not limited to, being subject to any quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.
  14. Mastercard does not control responses provided by fellow attendees or any third-party host or presenter of an 
    experience, and statements made by any such parties, including without limitation, brand ambassadors and celebrities, may not reflect the views of Mastercard. In addition, Mastercard does not endorse and is not making any recommendation regarding any products, services or other material that may be presented or described by any such third party during the experience. Mastercard assumes no guarantee or liability in respect of the experience.
  15. Mastercard reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, reschedule or change this Experience or any aspect of it, if, at its sole discretion, the Experience is not capable of being conducted as specified. This will apply in any of, but is not limited to, the following circumstances: force majeure events, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Mastercard. 
  16. This promotion is available to Mastercard cardholders globally. This promotion is not valid in, or for Mastercard cardholders in, countries where the platform is unavailable and anywhere else where it may be prohibited by law.
  17. The legal interpretation of the Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
